This group of sculptures is made of fiberglass imitation copper, which has the texture of bronze and the advantages of modern technology.

When making it, the modeling design is first carried out according to the dynamics of the characters and the theme of farming, and the prototype is shaped by clay sculpture and other methods to capture the vivid posture and sense of power of the workers swinging hoes and supporting seedlings.

Then the fiberglass mold is remade, and the resin material mixed with copper powder and colorant is injected. After curing and demolding, the bronze is simulated through aging and polishing to restore the texture of the years.

From the perspective of artistic expression, the sculpture freezes the moment of farming, and the tension of the characters’ limbs and the details of the use of tools convey a tribute to the spirit of labor. In the factory environment, the unfinished background (such as the white model giraffe) and the finished sculpture form an interweaving of creative time and space, showing the process chain from design to molding, and also allowing the viewer to glimpse the growth process of art from conception to implementation. With realistic modeling and imitation of old materials, it retains a concrete artistic footnote for farming culture and the group of workers, which is a profound condensation of the great vitality in ordinary labor.
