Product Description
This is a marble lion sculpture. Stone lions are often used as decorations in traditional Chinese buildings. They have the meaning of protection and warding off evil spirits. They are often seen in front of palaces, temples, mansions and other buildings. These stone lions have vivid shapes, and their hair and expressions are carefully carved, showing the stone carving craftsmanship.
Processing process of marble lions:
1. Select the marble stone and cut it with machinery. Estimate how much stone is needed for the lions, cut the rough material into the required amount for the lions, and unload it in the yard.
2. It is to strip the rough material. Use a large drill to drill out the outline and then use a large cutting machine to cut off the excess part. Use a hammer and chisel to manually knock off the excess part. This part is also the most laborious part, and pay attention to the degree. Slowly start to carve out the overall shape and style and finalize it.
3. After the shape of the lion is carved out by machine, it needs to be polished by hand. Only by careful carving can the shape characteristics of the lion be presented. This period requires a lot of energy and time.
4. Finally, the stone lion is assembled to ensure that it is foolproof when it arrives at the customer. The next step is to package it. Wrap it with a wooden frame and cover it with red cloth. In this way, a stone elephant is considered to be processed.
